Test to determine if a questioned stain is semen: $250.00

Additional samples, submitted at the same time: $150.00 each

Test to establish a DNA Profile from the first listed sample: $600.00

DNA Profile on an additional listed sample: $450.00

The DNA test would be used to match a presumtive donor and must be pair with that donor's DNA sample. We cannot simply test the sample and like a fingerprint match it to a database of known individuals. Semen without the presence of spermatoza is not testable for DNA. This test would preclude the above prsumptive tests, but would require a second test to establish a DNA Profile on a known individual and a comparison made to identify the donor of the suspected evidence. RFLP and PCR Based Tests are both available at the same fee.
